Roots of Hope @ the Howcast Alliance of Youth Movements Summit

From December 4-5, Raíces de Esperanza participated in Howcast.com's Alliance of Youth Movements Summit, joining leaders of youth movements from all over the world in an exchange of ideas, experiences, and insights, as well as bringing international attention to Cuban realities an the issues facing Cuba's youth.

See below for all the Root-packed action that took place at the summit. I know it's a lot of video in just one post, but it really is all worth watching. Each panel is divided in four parts.

The first panel (Perspectives: Addressing Violence At Home) was moderated by actress, comedian, and host of The View, Whoopi Goldberg and featured the organizations One Million People Against Crime in South Africa, The People's March Against Knife Crime, Raíces de Esperanza, and To Write Love on Her Arms.
